July has been a very busy month for me. So here’s a little round up of five things that I am grateful for…
| As if it wasn’t weird enough seeing my face on the Natural Collection stand the first time around, I have featured again! That’s right, little old Megan from Boro Town had her mug go national in Boots stores nation-wide for a second time. I would never be able to get used to seeing my face in such a huge store, it’s just too strange. A huge thank you to all of those who have sent me supportive messages and photographs, they totally make my day!
| My best pal Carli invited me down to London Town with her to be her guest when she was live on Sunday Brunch. We sure as hell made a weekend of it, and she even bagged us tickets to The Last Leg show and we ended up in the after party, only to stagger back to our Air BnB at 4:30am – what a weekend! It was amazing to Carli do her thing for the third time live on television – I am so proud of her!
| I graduated! I finally have completed my time at University by putting on that cap and gown and strutting my stuff in my Louboutins to collect that certificate. I also managed to somehow win the Terry Robinson award for the best Marketing dissertation, which was just the cherry on top of the cake. I had an absolutely wonderful day, surrounded by family and friends celebrating a wonderful three years together. Wow. The end of an era.
| The house hunt is officially going ahead and in full-swing. It’s so exciting to think I could be in a new place before Christmas, all settled with my fiancé. It’s been so exciting viewing houses and putting Pinterest boards together for décor inspiration. I can just imagine it now, all white with the odd grey, pink and industrial touch. It’s gonna look pretty badass if you ask me. But I need to actually get a house first.
| I have officially completed my first full month in my new job at Punky Pins and I’m really enjoying it so far. There are a couple of trips to different cities lined up, which makes it all the more exciting – watch this space!
