Beauty | LUSH Mothers Day & Bath Bits Haul

You may have seen here that I attended a fabulous Lush event where we were introduced to some of their new Mothers Day launches and well, I thought it be the perfect time to pick up some more bits...

So these bits were kindly gifted to us in our goody bags and were as follows; First up we have the amazingly coloured Yummy Mummy Shower Gel* (from £4.75), a sweet body wash with a hint of shimmer. For a bath bomb we have Phoenix Rising Bath Bomb* (£3.35) which is a stunning purple and gold shade, my only issue with this is that I am not a total fan of the smell as it's really spicy. I was delighted to find the Ultraviolet Bubble Bar* (£4.75) which smells just like parma violets; I'm a huge fan of Lush's Bubble Bar's so I can't wait to delve into this one especially. Finally, during the event we got to make our own face mask and were given a little pot of it to take home with us. With lotions and potions and some bust-up blueberries we made our own fresh Catastrophe Cosmetic* (£6.50).

We were given the chance to shop towards the end of the event so I thought I'd pick up some products that I haven't had the chance to try before. I knew I wanted to pick up Butterball (£2.65) as I know Tanya Burr picks it up all the time and I'm hoping it'll sooth some irritated skin that's been occurring on my legs! I also couldn't deny giving Space Girl (£2.35) a try as I just love how it looks and with it being described as 'sweet and fruity' - I just knew I would like it! Being a magpie that's eyes drop at the sign of anything pink, I gravitated to Twilight (£3.35) as my next bath victim. (I feel like I'm going to be having baths for weeks on end). To end the bath addiction I decided to pick up Granny Takes A Dip (£3.35), which is the weirdest name ever however it's supposed to be quite the show once you've plonked it in your tub. After learning about Lush's Charity Pot and that the proceeds go to amazing causes, I decided to pick up a trial pot so I know my skin won't react before picking up a big batch. Fingers crossed!

So that's what I picked up on this time to Lush! How generous were the goody bags please - I feel like my family are going to be very jealous of the baths that I'm going to be having! Please let me know if you've tried any of these products and what your thought on them are! I'm eager to know! Thanks for reading.
