Although I haven't had time to create gift guides this year (woe be me & my dissertation), I couldn't leave you completely hanging, could I? Here's a lowdown on some luxury makeup picks to add to your wishlist!
Let's start with my favourite luxury makeup brand to treat myself with. The bae herself, Charlotte Tilbury. I tend to always pop some of the Tilb's on my wishlist as the products are obviously on the more pricier side of life. There's lots of things in her collection that make perfect presents. If you're worried about a colour preference or getting a incorrect shade, the Wonderglow Primer is a great start, a hydrating primer that adds shimmer to the skin. Or perhaps one of her glamorous looking K.I.S.S.I.N.G Lipsticks, there's definitely a shade for everyone and they feel so luxurious in your handbag! Or if your looking for a rrrrrrrreal lip treat in your life, the Burberry Lip Velvets are so iconic, with their embossed bullet, long lasting formula and magnetic casing - it's bound to be a winner.
If you're wanting a winter, cold weather time pick me up, the Illamasqua Radiance Veil just does that. It makes you glow from within and the little tub with holographic detailing looks an absolute charm on your chest of drawers. Perhaps you're wanting a little eye-shadow palette loving in your life? Although there's lots on the market nowadays, my heart forever lies with the classic Urban Decay Naked range, a mix of shadows that you actually WILL use. Two powder products up next but both have very different purposes. The Hourglass Ambient Lighting Powders add a touch of coverage whilst doing different things - this shade, Diffused Light, helps to reduce the appearance of redness and add a soft focus to the skin. However, if you're in the market for a highlighter to make your cheekbones go POW, the Becca Shimmering Skin Perfector in Moonstone is just that. I always get compliments when I wear this, it is absolutely stunning!
