If there is one common ground I can see among beauty enthusiasts, it's no matter how many we own, we just can't deny ourselves another eyeshadow palette. Here is a few high end options of palettes, that I think, are totally worth their price tags...
So we have two types of palettes here and first up are two that are set to create a 'look', palettes that are designed to create an image in only a few shades. Beginning with one of my favourite palettes, the Charlotte Tilbury Luxury Palette in 'Dolce Vita' (£38). Designed with four shades that do four different things, this product takes a look from being day time appropriate to a full-on night time smokey eye. If I want drama I will always reach for this product - it always seems to wow and the pigmentation is second to none. A dainty little palette with a fully transferable look is the NARS 'And God Created the Woman' (£35) palette. The shadow size is a lot smaller however the compactness of it makes it the ultimate travel-friendly companion. With a mixture of mattes and shimmers it's a neutral dream. The product blends seamlessly together to create a flawless eyeshadow look.
If you're after quantity as well as quality - the two power brands MAC and Urban Decay are definitely the ones to go for. The most expensive of these is the MAC Warm Neutrals Palette (£65) which is a pre-made palette made up of fifteen shades. That works out around £4.30 a shade, which is good value for money considering a pan shadow is £10 each. Each eyeshadow applies well and you can create so many looks using this palette, and boy, is it a pretty one. However, all these are good and everything, but I feel like nothing compares when it comes to the best value for money than everybody's favourite Urban Decay Naked Palettes (£38). Twelve beautiful shadows that hit every nail on the head, from pigmentation, to longevity, to blend-ability - These shadows tick every single box. All three of the main palettes offer different looks, with the first two being more neutral based with the third being heavily focused on pinks and purple tones. Although I don't own numero uno, two is my favourite of the bunch!
