Beauty | MAC Haul

 photo mac-haul-fixplus-vanilla-pigment-painterly-paint-pot-2jpg.jpg

Whilst in London I made a short stop at the MAC Store in the Westfield. I knew exactly what I was going to purchase as they're all products I've lusted after for a while. It's kind of obligatory for me to buy something when I'm in a town with a MAC store as I've mentioned before we unfortunately don't have one. But you know, when in Rome London...

Fix+ is a product that's talked about quite a lot in the Beauty world - I think people either love it or hate it. Guess what? I love it! It really is the 'finishing touch' when I apply my makeup by making everything look fresh and flawless. As I have a bad relationship with eye primers, I looked for a different kind of base. The Paint Pot in Painterly fits the bill perfectly; It's a neutral shade which covers veins and creates an ideal canvas to apply eye shadow. Finally, I couldn't leave the Pigment in Vanilla on the shelf once I'd swatched it in store. It's a beautiful icy highlighting shade that's going to help me achieve a glowing look in these Winter months.

photo mac-haul-fixplus-vanilla-pigment-painterly-paint-pot-8jpg.jpgI'm really excited to create a look using all of these products. Thanks for your patience with my blog whilst I'm at University - I'm trying to find the best way to balance every aspect of life at the moment! I'd love to know if any have you have these products and what your thoughts are? Leave your comments below!

  2. I'm yet to try a pigment from MAC, are they as good as there hyped about? Really like the colour of it and I think it would look gorgeous in the inner corners of the eye on most make-up looks. You'll more than likely reach for the paint pot every day with this one :) xx
